Co-Founder and CEO, SpotHero
As Co-Founder and CEO of SpotHero, Mark Lawrence is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction for the company. Mark was named to Crain’s Chicago Business #Tech50 ranking of the most influential people in the local technology community. He was also selected for the National Parking Association's inaugural 40 Under 40 class in 2015.
Mark has penned articles for parking industry publications Parking Today and Parking Magazine and regularly speaks at technology, entrepreneur and parking conferences across the country.
Before founding SpotHero, Mark was a Financial Analyst at Bank of America. Mark graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Bradley University.
Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, SpotHero
Larry Kiss is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of SpotHero where he is responsible for setting the technical vision of the company as well as forging strategic partnerships.
Larry spent a number of years designing microprocessors for Advanced Micro Devices and then building mobile devices for Motorola before he founded SpotHero.
Larry received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master's in Electrical Engineering at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Chief Product Officer, SpotHero
As Chief Product Officer at SpotHero, Anthony Broad-Crawford is responsible for product strategy, focusing on product design, user research, user experience, and data science.
Previously, Anthony was Chief Technology Officer at Fooda, where he led product, design and engineering. He also held executive positions at GiveForward, StartupBus, and Within3, where he was a cofounder.
Anthony graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University and has created nine patent-receiving technologies.
Vice President of Marketing, SpotHero
Kristen Cho is the VP of Marketing at SpotHero, where she oversees user acquisition and retention across digital and offline channels. Kristen’s responsibilities include leading SpotHero’s marketing strategy and execution such as search engine marketing, digital and traditional advertising, social media, content marketing, partnerships, and CRM.
Prior to SpotHero, Kristen was VP/Director of Performance Media and Search Marketing at DigitasLBi. Kristen graduated with a B.A. in Chinese and English from Williams College.
Chief Operating Officer, SpotHero
Trish Lukasik is Chief Operating Officer at SpotHero. As COO, Trish’s priority is accelerating the growth of both the B2C and B2B sides of SpotHero's parking marketplace with a focus on sales, marketing, and customer care. Lukasik comes to SpotHero from a distinguished two-decade tenure within the consumer packaged goods industry, most recently at PepsiCo. There, Trish served at the Chief Customer Officer for a $10 billion brand portfolio including Gatorade, Tropicana, Naked Juice, IZZE sparkling beverages and Quaker Foods and Snacks. Prior to PepsiCo, Lukasik also worked in finance roles at Procter and Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company.
Trish serves on the board of Sargento Foods and is active in The Chicago Network, The Executives’ Club of Chicago, The Committee of 200, The Economic Club of Chicago and is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute. She earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics at Miami University, where she was a Presidential Scholar, and holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
Head of Strategic Operator Partnerships, SpotHero
Tim Maloney is the Head of Strategic Operator Partnerships at SpotHero where he is responsible for expanding the company’s parking supply into new markets, products and verticals and growing relationships with SpotHero’s largest national partners.
Tim spent the majority of his career at Propark, a national parking management and transportation services company. As EVP of National Sales, he established a national sales team that added 95 new locations to Propark’s inventory and oversaw the acquisition of Winpark.
Tim is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and is a part of their marketing committee. He is also a member of the National Parking Association and International Parking Institute and regularly speaks at parking industry conferences.
Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships, SpotHero
Elan Mosbacher is Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships at SpotHero. In this role, he oversees the company’s strategy, business development relationships and new business initiatives.
Elan joined SpotHero in 2013 and led the marketing department for three years. Prior to SpotHero, he led marketing and business development teams at two venture capital funded startups—an ecommerce company with over a million members which was acquired, and a B2B software company with over 125 employees.
He also spent time in consulting, venture capital, and banking.He earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from University of Maryland.
Vice President of Finance & Administration, SpotHero
Jason Pinter is Vice President of Finance & Administration at SpotHero where he is responsible for leading the finance, accounting, legal, human resources and administrative functions of the business. Jason is a local tech veteran and joined SpotHero in 2015 after spending 10+ years working at Chicago-based digital technology companies including Orbitz and DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone). At Orbitz, Jason served on the core finance team for a global online travel roll-up with Cendant Corp, the subsequent breakup and sale to the Blackstone Group, and IPO of Orbitz Worldwide in 2007 for a market cap of $1.5B.
Jason earned a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Head of Customer Care, SpotHero
Leah Potkin is Head of Customer Care at SpotHero, where she oversees the support team and is focused on creating a flawless customer experience. Leah joined SpotHero in 2013, and has built the support team from the ground up, constantly finding ways to improve operations to benefit the customer. Prior to SpotHero, Leah honed her relationship-building skills at Groupon, where she developed an appreciation for connecting with partners and customers alike.
Leah graduated with a B.A. in English from University of Michigan and is working towards her MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, with an expected graduation in spring 2018.
